Service Advisor Randy Marion loves the challenge of helping customers and solving their vehicle issues, which he has done at Modern Nissan since 2001. Randy writes up service orders and makes sure communication is clear throughout the shop.
Randy lives in King with his wife Amy, their two daughters Sarah and Erica, and their two dogs, a Chihuahua named Toby and a mixed breed named Timmy. When Randy is not working or spending time with family he enjoys motorcycles and playing golf. You might even find him at T.K. Tripps watching a Wake Forest game.

Bobbie Jo Rickett is the Customer Relations Manager and Rental Branch Manager of Modern Nissan. Since 2007, Bobbie Jo has been overseeing customer relations concerns, coordinating event planning, maintaining the rental fleet, developing social media, and organizing dealership community involvement. Bobbie Jo states why she loves working at Modern, We are a family-we take care of each other and we love our customers.
In her spare time, Bobbie Jo enjoys playing softball, teaching Sunday School, crafting, running, and going to the gym. She also enjoys spending time at home with her Yorkie, Jack Jack, and listening to her secret favorite bluegrass music.
