    Tim has worked for Modern since 1989, starting out in the sales department. He has had the pleasure of working his way up in the company over the years and is currently the Shop Manager of our service department. His daily role is to work closely with the technicians and our advisors to make sure all of our customer needs are taken care of.

    Ralph is a Nissan Certified Service Advisor with Modern Automotive since March of 2015 and has been in the automobile industry since 1989. He was born in Chattanooga Tennessee and moved to Melbourne Florida when he was two. In 2010, he made North Carolina home. His favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys. He loves going to Nashville with his family camping. He has two cats, which are his wife's, and their names are Sy Sy and Little Squirrel. On the weekends, he loves hanging out at the pool floating on a raft listening to Kenny Chesney and Kasey Musgrave's.

    Brandon is a Nissan Certified Service Advisor with the Modern family since 2016. He assists customers with all there automotive needs. He strives to stand out with not only exceptional customer service, but with his attire as he is always wearing a bow tie.

    Derek Bordner is a Nissan Certified Service Advisor of Modern Nissan of Winston Salem. Derek has been with Modern Nissan since 2016, where he started in the Sales Department. In 2019, Derek went to the Service Team to start his new journey. Derek loves working for Modern because they are family oriented and they truly love their customers.

    Derek is a Veteran of the US Army, which include two tours in Iraq. In his free time, Derek enjoys spending time outside, working out and spending time with his three beautiful children Bryan, Jaxson and Natalie.

    Tori is the Rental and Customer Relations representative at Modern Nissan. Since 2015, Tori has been overseeing service customer relations and service cashiering. Tori states why she loves working at Modern, "We are a family-we enjoying working together and love helping customers" In her spare time, Tori enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and shopping. Tori has three Yorkies named Abby, Diesel, and Nitro.
