    Tim has worked for Modern since 1989, starting out in the sales department. He has had the pleasure of working his way up in the company over the years and is currently the Shop Manager of our service department. His daily role is to work closely with the technicians and our advisors to make sure all of our customer needs are taken care of.

    Service Advisor

    Ralph is a Nissan Certified Service Advisor with Modern Automotive since March of 2015 and has been in the automobile industry since 1989. He was born in Chattanooga Tennessee and moved to Melbourne Florida when he was two. In 2010, he made North Carolina home. His favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys. He loves going to Nashville with his family camping. He has two cats, which are his wife's, and their names are Sy Sy and Little Squirrel. On the weekends, he loves hanging out at the pool floating on a raft listening to Kenny Chesney and Kasey Musgrave's.

    Brandon is a Nissan Certified Service Advisor with the Modern family since 2016. He assists customers with all there automotive needs. He strives to stand out with not only exceptional customer service, but with his attire as he is always wearing a bow tie.

    Sean has been in the automotive service business since 2009; Sean joined Modern Automotive in 2018 as a Nissan Certified Service Advisor, which he very much enjoys. He spends most of his spare time with family and friends. He also enjoys a variety of sports, including weight lifting and snowboarding.

    Service Advisor

    Tre is originally from the Washington DC area. He played football and graduated from Howard University. He got into the car business in 2002 after ten years in the video production field. Tre moved to North Carolina to be closer to his family of North Carolina A&T graduates. Tre enjoys sports, reading, traveling, and going to car shows and Drag strips. Tre is a Nissan Certified Service advisor and has been with Modern automotive since 2018.

    Service Advisor

    Derek Bordner is a Nissan Certified Service Advisor of Modern Nissan of Winston Salem. Derek has been with Modern Nissan since 2016, where he started in the Sales Department. In 2019, Derek went to the Service Team to start his new journey. Derek loves working for Modern because they are family oriented and they truly love their customers.

    Derek is a Veteran of the US Army, which include two tours in Iraq. In his free time, Derek enjoys spending time outside, working out and spending time with his three beautiful children Bryan, Jaxson and Natalie.

    Service Advisor

    Ashley is a Nissan Certified Service Advisor with Modern Automotive since 2019. She has been helping customers service their vehicles since 2013. She is originally from Falmouth, Massachusetts and has called Mooresville, North Carolina home since 2003. She is a big New England sports team fan and her favorite place to be is at the beach! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her wife and son, their small zoo at home (4 dogs, 2 cats, a bird, a bearded dragon, a guinea pig and a couple of fish tanks), her family, and close friends.

    Customer Relations Manager and Rental Branch Manager

    Bobbie Jo Rickett is the Customer Relations Manager and Rental Branch Manager of Modem Nissan. Since 2007, Bobbie Jo has been overseeing customer relations concerns, assisting in the Service Department, coordinating event planning, maintaining the rental fleet, and developing social media, Bobbie Jo states why she loves working at Modern, "We are a family-we take care of each other and we love our customers".

    Tori is the Rental and Customer Relations representative at Modern Nissan. Since 2015, Tori has been overseeing service customer relations and service cashiering. Tori states why she loves working at Modern, "We are a family-we enjoying working together and love helping customers" In her spare time, Tori enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and shopping. Tori has three Yorkies named Abby, Diesel, and Nitro.

    Service Cashier

    Jessica Zepeda has been with Modem Automotive as the Service Cashier since 2015; Jessica has been overseeing the service cashier and customer relations concerns. Jessica states why she loves working at Modern, "We are a family-we take care of each other and we love our customers." In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, working out and shopping at outlet malls. Her love for cooking comes from her El Salvadorian family heritage.
