Limited Allocation Market Demand Pricing Notice and Disclosure
Modern Nissan of Winston-Salem, (“Modern”), is pleased to announce that it has been allocated a Nissan Prototype Spec Z by Nissan North America (“NNA”). Based on information from NNA, only two hundred and forty (240) of these vehicles are being made and sold via their network of dealerships throughout the United States.
These vehicles are likely to be highly collectible and they are attracting national attention. Modern has already received unsolicited offers to purchase its allocation well above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. Due to this intense interest, Modern will be accepting electronically submitted offers to purchase this vehicle for ten (10) days after it arrives at Modern on September 2nd, 2022. Dates subject to change.
While market demand for this unique vehicle will, ultimately, determine the fair purchase price, Modern will also consider any number of factors, including but not limited to prior customer loyalty, trade-in availability, etc., when reviewing the offers and selecting the successful offer. After the ten (10) day offer submission period has expired, Modern will notify the customer with the successful offer and they will have three (3) business days to complete the purchase. Once the transaction is completed, the purchaser will be eligible to take delivery of the vehicle on the third business day.
If for any reason the selected customer cannot complete the transaction within the three (3) business day period after being notified of their successful offer, Modern reserves the right to rescind their initial selection and to select a different offer as the successful offer.
